What is the process / timeline for ACH and Card transactions?

Card transactions are authorized and captured immediately, while ACH transactions take approx. 2-5 business days.


Where can I see the status of payments?

How will charges appear on my customer’s credit card statement?

This will depend on the dynamic descriptor that is set for merchants.


How will I know when transactions start processing on BlueSnap?

Via the BlueSnap Merchant Console


If a customer had a "payment plan" what will happen with their future payments?

As long as the plan still gets processed via the agree.com platform as normal. Nothing should change in the processing of payments.



Refunds & Disputes


How do I issue a refund? – BlueSnap Merchant Console.


What if the transaction was processed on the old processor (PACE / STAX)?

The refund would need to be actioned on the PACE/STAX platform.


Is there a fee for issuing a refund?

No.


If a customer disputes a payment, where can I view and respond to those?

When a chargeback occurs, BlueSnap will notify the merchant via email. Agree.com have asked for all chargebacks to be represented by their merchants. Meaning the merchant would login to their BlueSnap merchant console which will take them to a chargeback911 account. It is there where you would manage your chargebacks. Payouts


When will I receive my first payout from BlueSnap?

T+2, T being the date of the transaction has taken place. This will also depend on each account configuration.


How will the payout appear on my bank statement?

The default is “BlueSnap Payment for Merchant {Merchant ID}" This can be potentially customized using a payment reference field.


Where can I view my payouts in BlueSnap?

Via the BlueSnap merchant console in the payout reports. More information can be found here: https://support.bluesnap.com/docs/payout-method



Support


How does this change impact my PCI Compliance?

Because Agreecontracts.com is using solutions which carry the least amount of burden from a PCI compliance standpoint, such as hosted payment fields. Your PCI burden will be at the lowest level possible which is SAQ A.
